Enrollment, Records, and Transcripts

For transcripts requests please download, complete, and send the Transcript Request to the Registrar.

Unofficial transcripts can be printed out from Empower by logging in to your Empower account for current students. Official transcripts have the Registrar’s signature on the form to verify that they are official. Faxed transcripts are not official transcripts.

Official Transcripts Request

Requests for official transcripts require a transcript request form to be submitted to the Registrar by one of these two ways:

  • Send transcript request form via fax to (505) 424-5786.
  • Send through post office to IAIA, Registrar, 83 Avan Nu Po Road, Santa Fe, NM 87508

Note: Transcript requests are not received through e-mail.

Official Transcripts Request For Scholarship Purposes

  • Submit transcript request form with all required information filled out on the form.
  • Submit to Registrar by faxing or direct mailing.  E-mail requests will not be processed. Registrar does not scan and upload transcripts for students.
  • No fee is applied if you are a currently enrolled student at IAIA and the Registrar will be mailing directly through the post office or faxing from the Student Success Center.
  • A $5 fee will be applied (per transcript printed) if you are requesting to pick up transcripts to mail on your own.
  • Note the due dates when transcripts are required as it will take up to one to five business days to process a transcript request.

Official Transcripts Request For Non-Scholarship Purposes

  • Submit transcript request form with all required information filled out on the form.
  • Submit to Registrar by faxing or direct mailing.  E-mail requests will not be processed. Registrar does not scan and upload transcripts
  • A $5 fee will be applied (per transcript printed). Payment options include (1) personal checks, (2) money orders, or (3) credit card.
  • Transcript requests cannot be processed if you have a hold on your account with IAIA.
  • Note the due dates when transcripts are required as it will take up to one to five business days to process a transcript request.
