Interaction in Art or the Art of Ping Pong™ is inspired by the wildly popular brainchild of Arizona’s Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA), Arm Wrestling for Art. The IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts invites community guests to learn about current exhibition artist, Eliza Naranjo Morse from New Mexico Museum of Art’s Chief Curator, Merry Scully, learn how to play ping pong™ from an expert, and then sweat it out to win an Eliza Naranjo Morse original work of art made specifically for the event.
