Join us for a discussion with artist Linda Lomahaftewa (Hopi/Choctaw) and Curator Dr. Lara M. Evans (Cherokee) as they talk about Lomahaftewa’s solo exhibition, The Moving Land: 60+ Years of Art, which will be on view beginning January 28 through July 18, 2021. The Moving Land showcases more than sixty years of Linda Lomahaftewa’s artistic production, making it possible to see the ways her work has responded to time and place.

Important Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to reschedule this artist talk to March 4, 2021, 4–5 pm (MST). If you have previously registered for this webinar, your registration has not been affected and you will still be able to participate in this event at the new date and time. Registration is now closed, however, you can watch a live stream of the event on this web page.

If you are unable to take part, please contact MoCNA Senior Manager of Museum Education Winoka Yepa (Diné) at (505) 428-5907 or winoka.yepa@iaia.edu to cancel your registration.
