Making History Premiere and Panel Discussion

Sat, August 20, 11:00 am12:00 pm

Join the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) and IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts (MoCNA) for the premiere of Making History on Saturday, August 20, from 11 am–12 pm (MDT).

As we celebrate IAIA’s sixtieth and MoCNA’s fiftieth anniversary in 2022, Making History explores IAIA and MoCNA through the eyes of ten IAIA alumni who have made meaningful contributions to their communities and the world at large. After the screening there will be a discussion with Reel Indian Pictures filmmakers Ramona Emerson (Diné) and Kelly Byars (Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma).

For more information, please contact IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts (MoCNA) Chief Curator Manuela Well-Off-Man at manuela.well-off-man@iaia.edu.
