The IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts (MoCNA) is a nonprofit cultural organization that relies on a variety of funding sources to successfully bring thought-provoking programs to the public. While the federal government provides operating assistance, additional funds are essential for MoCNA to mount exhibitions, provide educational and outreach initiatives to reach new audiences. Your contribution matters!

As a MoCNA member, you impact MoCNA’s commitment to increasing public understanding and appreciation for contemporary Indigenous art, history, and culture. Through your generosity and assistance, we continue to offer an expanded and rich array of programs to the public.

Give

By giving to the museum Unrestricted Fund, you will provide essential aid to a variety of MoCNA’s programs, from our exhibitions and educational projects to the extensive care of MoCNA’s world-class permanent collection as well as the Allan Houser Sculpture Garden.

MOCNA’s general membership program offers members a unique experience of being the first to learn about our special exhibitions with member previews and lectures in addition to our annual member events, including Breakfast in the Park and our Members’ Appreciation Week.

MOCNA’s Director’s Circle membership program offers members special engagements and exclusive museum access, allowing them to connect with and reflect on our exhibitions.

Additional Membership Opportunities

Native Americans receive a 50% discount on all MoCNA memberships at the $60–$550 levels. To qualify, the primary membership cardholder must provide proof of enrollment with a federal or state recognized Native community.

  • Teachers or Students: $30
  • National Individual: $40*
  • National Dual: $60*

*To meet the National Membership requirement, members must live two hundred miles or more away from Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Other Ways to Give

MoCNA docents and volunteers are active across many roles. They gain exposure to the operations of an important art museum and contribute valuable visitor experiences to our organization.
