3rd Annual Family Day—Celebrate your Family at MoCNA

Families are invited to participate in art-making activities that highlight contemporary Native arts. The IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts (MoCNA) welcomes families with children of all ages. Programs are geared towards K–5.

12–2 pmJoin Native artists Nani Chacon (Navajo) and Eliza Naranjo Morse (Santa Clara Pueblo) for a community mural and Jacob Meders (Mechoopda) for a silk screened recycled t-shirt printing workshop. Bring in your t-shirt to be printed on that day.
2–3 pmSnack, Sing-a-long, and Story Telling with Emmett “Shkeme” Garcia, from the Pueblos of Tamaya (Santa Ana) and Walatowa (Jemez).
