IAIA 2017 Spring Powwow Flier

The Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) presents its 2017 Spring Powwow on Saturday, May 6, 2017, from 10 am–7 pm. Over $4,500 in contest prize money is available.

  • Head Man: Chad Browneagle (Shoshone Bannock/Spokane)
  • Head Lady: Jennie Whitehorse (Shoshone Bannock)
  • Head Gourd Dancer: Garrison Tahmahkera (Comanche)
  • Host Southern Drum: Comanche Red
  • Host Northern Drum: Hawk Soldier
  • Master of Ceremonies: James Edwards (Pawnee/N.Cheyenne/Comanche)
  • Arena Director: Aaron Fry (Cherokee/Chickasaw)
