IAIA 2016 Student and Alumni Art Market
The IAIA Museum Club is proud to present the 2017 IAIA Student and Alumni Art Market held at the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts (MoCNA). This is a fundraising event and is open to all IAIA full-time enrolled students and recent IAIA alumni that have graduated within the last 5 years (2012 to present). The IAIA Art Market takes place on August 19–20, 2017 from 7 am–5 pm, alongside SWAIA Indian Market weekend.
Details
- Limited booth spaces available
- All booths will be 6 feet long x 5 feet deep
- All booths will be placed under MoCNA’s portal or sidewalk (with the exception of the front entrance). (Note: Courtyards will not be available for booths.)
- Booth spaces will be selected through a drawing
- Works for sale must be of the booth holder(s)
- Open to ALL students enrolled full-time at IAIA and recent IAIA graduates of any discipline within the past 5 years (2012 to present)
- Non-refundable flat booth fee $175 (fees must be paid by August 10, 2017)
- Booth sharing will be allowed as long as ALL parties are a current IAIA student or IAIA graduate (2012 to present, only one fee per booth). ALL parties must submit an application individually
- No-shows within the first hour of event will be considered a forfeit and their space will go to the first person on a waiting list. A waiting list will be available if interested
- Only money orders will be accepted for payment
- Promotion of event will be through social media outlets only (no paid advertising)
- Museum Club will assign booth placement (no booth requests allowed)
- Applications will be available online through May 26, 2017 or until all booths are filled
- Applications received will be placed into a public drawing on May 31, 2017, for booth space selection
