Desert ArtLAB is an interdisciplinary art collaborative, established by museum curator and educator April Bojorquez (Chicana/Rarámuri) and artist and educator Matthew Garcia (Chicano). The collaborative reconceptualizes desert/dryland ecologies not as post-apocalyptic growth of wasteland, but as an ecological opportunity.

Introduction to Storyboarding
Introduction the Storyboarding taught by J. storyboard artist Todd Anderson is a unique workshop that offers film students a chance to learn from a working professional on how to draw and create a storyboard. Each student will leave with their own storyboard book that is signed by J. Todd Anderson.
